If you need a quick response to any problems you may have relating to the Warp9 Smooth Stepper it may be best if you post your question on their forum http://www.warp9td.com/index.php/kunena/recent where Andy will usually reply within 1 day.

Also take a look through the Warp9 site's FAQ's and Videos etc. as the solution to most common problems is well covered.
