Hi,
I just installed the Mach-3 2.0.0065 software and the software runs and I can control the mill so everything appears to function. 
I am using Windows-XP with latest service packs. 

I read and understand the function of the Charge Pump feature and I wonder if I am doing something wrong
since when shutting down the Mach-3 program or starting Windows, the spindle starts running until I start Mach-3. 
I know, I know, power should be off and all that but why is not this basic safety feature working?
