plasma stop cuttings or doesnt start

so table was working fine until the computer hardrive crashed. blue screened on me and i had an extra computer with the purchase that the guy said used to run the table. it has the bob cad on it and he kept that one at the house because it was slower and said the new computer for the table is faster and doesnt lag. they are both dell brand.

im having trouble installing windows xp on the new computer again becuase i have no floppy disks and the xp bootable disks i make arents working

so i hook up the old computer and i can control everything the same. i load old gcodes ive used and it starts the first pierce hole and then stops.

ive changed tips
changed g-codes.
tried plasma cutter manually with the hand held
ive unplugged everything and plugged it back in

ive got it make a couple short cuts and the arc goes out
ive tried with thc on and off


the table is a 2013 bulltear 5x10 with blade runner espII power control
have a hypertherm 85
 using mach 3 version r3.043.067 licensed to bulltear.
use sheetcam to make gcodes
 have bobcad 21 and bobcad 28 and neither of the gcodes are working at the moment

ok now i think i got the plasma cutting again. i think all my g codes are wrong  or mach 3 is reading them wrong

when the arc starts and goes to the next line to move axis z dives to negative  -.0960

now you can see these on line n0461 I-0.0960 and z crashes and the cutter head falls off the mag loc plate.


if i turn the plasma cutter off and run the gcode everything works out good
as soon as i turn on the plasma cutter on it crashes again

any suggestions would be nice. thank you
