Mach3 3D Printer Extruder

Hi all, I have a cnc running mach 3, I am using all four drivers on the controller,  how can I drive a stepper for a extruder for a 3d printer on this machine?  I have it all ready but for this Mike

I have gold contact multipole relays to switch step and direction outputs to two different stepper drives and motors for 3d printing.
