Mach3 Limit switch triggered and ignored
« on: February 03, 2016, 06:14:09 AM »
Hello!

Need some help here.

Recently, Mach3 would ignored all my limit switches and my machine would crash when it try to run past the axis limit.
The machine would run fine on some days, but on other days the problem would happen after a few hours after the machine is running.

Either one or all the M1 to M3 limit led would light up under Diagnostics screen when the problem occur.

I'm using Windows XP (SP3), Mach3 R3 043062 with Ethernet Smoothstepper.

Attached is the xml of my setup.

You need to ask Warp9 about it. The ESS itself handles the limits function.
