4 axis foam cutter

Hey Guys,
I have finally got machine working as I wanted (before I had some problems, which Tweakie was so kind to help me with them)
So, since then I have cut lots of wings (this was the initial idea of the machine), but I had bigger ideas - like cutting letters and different shapes. After some research I decided to buy a product - DevFoam Pro - very good program with nice and intuitive interface and for a good price too. So here are some pics of what I have done for the first time. My garage neighbours loved the capabilities of the program and wanted some signs for their door like " Alchololics here!" and "BAR Cheers", I will post the finished and glued product may be tomorrow

OK,
the good news is that I can cut polycarbonate sheeting, ropes and foam for mattresses.
Really satisfied by the results, some pics are coming
I was pretty busy working on my first and second planes done by the cnc
Hope that will be able to post some good maden flights ... soon
The first is a delta wing (a bit modified from the original) and the second is a copy or borjet maja uav
http://borjet.com/index.php/prod-engl-men/blog-2-columns
which in my opinion is one of the best - like the Volvo - stiff but durable
See Ya soon!

Cool.
The part of the video of the Maja making it's fully automated landing was extremely impressive - I could use the electronics for that

Ok,
here is a pic, of the polycarbonate sheeting, rope before and after the cut (small pieces) - perfectly burned and a not that good cut foam letter (I should make a rail or something to move the material when it is being cut, because there is some kind of calamine that stays on the wire and stops the heat).

Guys,
I tried to cut an egg with my cnc - the result:
- couple of lessons learned
- 1 hour wasted
- thinking about making a nice motorized platform (my controller is 5 axis)
And by the way, does someone know a soft that I will be able to use, or it will be better to insert lines in the g-code file (as I am doing sometimes)?

Great stuff, have been considering putting together a foam machine like this, just a bit limited on space with my cnc router filling most of my space. What software do you use to create the shapes and set up the cuts in mach?
