Hi Tweaky, we just purchased a new (original) license. To make sure that everything starts from scratch I deleted/uninstalled everything that to do with Mach3 from the laptop and downloaded it new from the Artsoft website and installed it. I installed only the profiles for Mill and Plasma. After that I unpacked the license. So where do I go from here? Thanks Karl

I am pleased to hear that you have purchase a genuine Mach3 license.
Follow your motion controller’s set-up procedure.
Copy your license file Mach1Lic.dat into the Mach3 folder.
Do not duplicate the pin numbers allocated to the 0 – 7 Outputs in your Outputs set-up.
For your Outputs 0 – 7 to drive anything (relay etc.) they need a power source as shown in the attached diagram.
