I want to use my homing switches, also as limit switches. But I could not do it's adjustment on mach 3 ? my homing switches are working fine, but they only work when I press on mach3 to "reference all home" button. but I want to use them also as limiting. how can I adjust home switches also as limit switches ? thanks.

You need to enable and set the pin used in limits as well as home.
