Mach 3 with 2 axis

Hello,
Does anyone know how I can set Mach 3 up to work with just 2 axis milling? Kind of like a prototrak. It will only be for a short time, until I get all the parts finished to get the z axis up and running.

Just like 3 axis just put a optional stop in before each z move. Move it manually the continue. I did this for a while when I lost a drive.

Just edit the code manually before running. It will take some time depending on the number of moves. But insert a m0 before each z move.

Yeah, I guess I will have to do it that way. I was just hoping there was a setting to most post z axis moves, built in.
