Unfortunately CNCMogul / Gryphon / et.al. has the reputation of supplying pirate software. http://cncmogulsucks.com/

Before we proceed you need to check with Artsoft licensing http://www.machsupport.com/contact-us/ that you do indeed have a genuine Mach3 license.

You will also need to check with Vectric http://www.vectric.com/company/contact.html that you have a genuine License for Aspire.

I will give you a reasonable time period to confirm the license situation.
