spindle problem
« on: March 25, 2015, 01:55:16 PM »
hi all,

i been using mach 3 for several times and today i tried to make a spindle working 0 to 10v with a csmio controller i manage to make it working with no problems it is varying but this is the most strange thing that i have when you type in the mdi m3 s1000 the spindle starts and it will run 1000 but if i type 2000 the spindle will keep 1000 then when i press reset spindle over ride it will go 2000 so basically i have to press the reset spindle override to ghange the spindle speed after i type in mdi or in g code  file
do i am missing something ????????

Hi jve,

have you entered S2000 in the MDI line ?

Thomas
anything is possible, just try to do it.
if you find some mistakes, in my bad bavarian english, they are yours.

yes but it does not go to S2000 but after i press the reset spindle override and it works some more strange thing is that if i move the spindle override slider to increase the speed it works too but if i type in the MDI it does not
