mdi or g-codes making things screwy
« on: March 18, 2015, 09:53:03 AM »
new install of mach and ss on a dell optiplex 755 win7pro, calibration went fine x,y,z. went to mdi type in G1 X-1 F20 or y,z same they move -1
great. i put in mdi program from mach to check for step loss, say Z-2 50 times - it will not stop moving have to e-stop. hit goto 0 it goes
back to 0 then i move axes -1 with key board or machs screen pendent dro reads - 0.1156 +/- not same every time. re start mach, back to
were i started. tried loading a simple g-code from cad or machs wizards screws up again.

Not really following what you are doing but if you attach your xml I will take a look and see if there is anything in it that could cause an issue.
