I hadn't seen it. But, the Data sheet and Installation manual look very nice.
Looks like about $400 US, did you get a quote ?
I do like the looks of it, they might give Gecko a run for their $.
Please post your experiences if you try one.
Very interesting.
There are some posts on the CNCZone referencing this unit, you might check them out.

Received mine early this morning. I had previously been running with a toshiba 6560 blue board. The results from attempting to cut half a model sailboat hull, revealed how badly it was missing steps. Previous 2D work was ok, but had to redo a lot of my work ending up with a great deal of wasted material.
I have still to complete some alterations to my router table and connect the mx4660.

Hi
Except for 1 or 2 alterations/additions my router table is now ready to run again.
Wanting to configure Mach 3, to run the machine and going over the instructions for both Mach 3 and the mx 4660 installation.
The xml profile published by the websites is a direct copy of the one released by Leadshine. Looking at the way the config settings, the profile creates, makes me wonder what and how they did there testing of the units before they were released. I see that a number of questions have been raised from persons who have studied the available documentation. The profile sets the kernel speed at 60000hz and enables both ports for starters.
Has anyone else got one of these mx 4660's running yet. It would be great to hear how they got along.

I am running the 4660 for about 3 month now.
Had a 3660 that had an issue right out the box.
Reseller let me upgrade to the 4660 which came out about the same time as i was owed a replacement.
No issues with 4660. Seems to work fine. Running at 48VDC and ESS.
Also running 3x 57HS22 320oz-in Leadshine steppers on it also.
4th axis ready when i get around to it later this summer.

Hi SSPW
Thanks for letting us know.
Would you please give a description of your machine and how you have it connected to the mx4660 and how your  Mach 3 config is done. It will definitely be appreciated

malgazz
My machine is based on a XZero Raptor (48"x30"), 6" clearance under gantry, but 12" z travel.
As mentioned, i using an Mach3, an ESS controller, Leadshine 4660 drive and Leadshine 57HS22 motors.
Spindle is a 2.2kW Tekno (electric fan cooled version) with a Delta VFD.
Here are the schematics for my machine.

I probably would do some things a little different now, but we started with the 3660 and the machine has evolved as we have used it.

Ill post a couple pic of the electrical cabinet and machine later.
