I cloned my info from my old computer and had to purchase mach3 (had it on my old computer) matched up all my old settings but can not get the torch to lower when I try to cut. I had to change the bio's to the correct parallel port but now on the diag. page Pin 1 light (in the row of 12 lights)  will not come on. Everything else move correctly and the torch will fire it just will not lower down. Any suggestions? I can do basics with computer lingo but if you start tossing out all advanced terminology I will be lost. I have a Gecko 540 that I connect to. My computer is a gaming computer so there is no name for it and it runs with an intel processor.
