The Problem Ive Got is the movement Speed Of X Y Z axis its moving about 10% of full speed?.It moves faster when its sizing.Weve Had Machines R Us (Gabbits Dont Deal With CNCs Now),Electrions and have all failed. The problem is its so old ms-dos operating only has no usb ports, net work, hard drive (Uses Ram lol),only has floppy disc. The Problem started when it reset its self(still dont know why).Weve put the files back on Tools.dat,axis.dat,gendata.dat,Fields.dat,speeds.dat,xzone.dat and gone through the manual to see if configuration is rite and have been playing around with axis.dat maxium speed on x y z but isnt chaning the speed?.

Hello Masta,

I'm afraid that I don't quite understand your question. Are you looking to upgrade your current system to use Mach3 and the DSPMC Ethernet Motion Controller? or are you currently using the DSPMC in your system?

no upgrading just tring to get the axis x,y,z moving at full speed instead of 10% of its full speed. If the axis speed go over 10meters per minute it stops the programme and hve to start again.whats the mach3 system?.Weve also been told we cant upgrade the system.
