ToolChange offsets
« on: May 06, 2014, 04:59:02 PM »
If I need X Y Z offsets for my tool changes what should I do? Or what is the best option?
I think the tool table only allows for Z offset?

Thanks for any input.

Can you expand a little on the need for X and Y offsets?

Mach Turn gives you X & Z Tool offsets but for Mill the centre of your mill spindle is the centre of any rotating tool and so no X or Y offset is required.

If you describe exactly what you're doing and why there's more chance of an answer that's useful to you,
