Machine: Minitech 5 Axis Mill

Software: Mach3

Im currently having problems with homing out the machine with the mach3, when I zero out the machine and home all the axis "X,Y,Z,A,B", I will move the axis for the home position that I have them set at and run the G-code,   G28 X0 Y0 Z0 A0 B0  to test the machine to go to the home position that i set it at. and it will go to the home position that I set it at, but when I run the test again G28 X0 Y0 Z0 A0 B0 after moving all the axis it doesn't bring it back to the home position that i set it at it a little bit of on all the axis

If axes do not return to a set position then the 2 things I can think of are
1. You are losing steps
2. You have the Dir active state set wrong for your drives

It could be a back lash issue. When you home you go on the limit  and then back off of it. When you use G28 you go just to the point off the limit. Is your G28 home location the same as machine zero?
