im a joiner new to cnc,

I recently purchased a merchandice A3 cnc machine with a superbox controller and have just got time to set it up , after fitting the home switchs and external estop. Mach 3 wont let me reset ,it just keeps telling me the same message. I didn't buy this kit as a package , I bought the bits individually. and it needs all set up, Im also using vcarve with it

problem solved, press the online button and go offline, and mach 3 resets and stays reset

next problem -
 The machine is communicating with the control box but I don't think the control box is communicating with the computer(mach 3)
1. Its not detecting the limit switchs( when setting them up in mach 3.
2. Machine does not move manually, when pressing the left and right or the up and down.
3. Its not calabrating the axis(no movement at all)
4. whilst trying to set the spindle up in mach 3 its saying spindle pulley to fast at max
can any body please give me some advice, please please.
