Hi Roy,
when is this message appearing?
does this message popup direct after starting MachProfile, or when you select an Action, if so what action?

Hi John,
I have tried again and it loads the program but all I then get are clear screens and the error message
The Mach3 LPT- driver will not work with this system. I think this because I am using a USB printer? Any ideas
how to solve this?
Regards
Roy

Hi Roy,
the error message abot LPT port belongs to the "Show params" dialog. Are you using "Show params" or "Show Settings" dialog?

Hi Klaus,
When I run the program it starts with a blank screen. I clicked on ports and pins (Action).
Then I get the error message.

Hi Roy,
this message is meant as a warning, if you answer that dialog OK, MachProfile continues. If you want to print your Mach3 Settings, you have to use "Show Settings" in the Actions menu.

Hi Klaus,
Many thanks for all your help, It is now working correctly and
I have the printouts required. I must have been making typo errors.
Thanks again
Best Regards
Roy
