Hi All,
I noticed a problem last night, I don't know that it is a Mach3 problem but thought I would start here. After setting the XYZ zero for a part I loaded my GCode and cut the part, milling some holes and a square in a piece of alum. The placement of the cuts looked off so I checked with a caliper and the X and Y were +.080. I tried reloading the Gcode and resetting the XYZ zero several times and the xy were still off. I was able to reload it one time and the xy were correct so I ran another test and it worked fine. Then I reloaded and reset again to test and the xy was off again.
Today I loaded a different GCode and noticed the same thing, the XY was off by +.080 (approx.)
I'm not sure where to start looking.
I'm using BobCAD V25, Gecko G540, Mach3. I was using an .125 end mill.
Suggestions? I can post the Gcode or anything else needed.
Thanks,
Chuck
