Mach3 CNC3040 Looses Zero position after running code
« on: October 30, 2013, 07:03:43 AM »
Hi

I have a CNC3040, ok its Chinese cheap machine but I am just a newbie diy user, which I have checked for any slack on drives etc and it all seems fine.

The problem I have is ...I position tool and set Axis zero's in Mach3 ..run the code ..then to change a tool I jog back to the zero coordinates on the Mach3 screen BUT that puts the tool about 25cm off ?

Any ideas please ?

Thanks

Roy

lower your velocity and acceleration and see if that helps.
