Those motors will require unreasonably high DC voltage (about 110VDC), and will have terrible high-speed performance, due to their VERY high inductance.  They're a poor choice for any CNC machine.

thanks ray thats what i was thinking.
i dont know a lot about steppers would haveing these steppers be better, as the z axis is around 60kg, the x axis is about 100kg and y,b axis on my gantry is about 300kg.

I would agree with Ray about the high inductance.  Also since your gantry has about 3 times the mass of mine I'd go with the 1200 oz./in steppers not the the 906.  Even then, that is a lot of mass to be moving around, don't expect stellar performance.

its only gess work about the weight of the gantry but its cast iron it will be between 200-300kg

ANY stepper motor will give disappointing performance on something that heavy.  You should be looking at AC servos, and unless you want to waste a WHOLE lot of time and money you better learn how to calculate the correct motor performance to get the machine performance you expect.  Building something that size based on guesswork is pretty much guaranteed to have a very bad result.  There is no substitute for measurement, modeling, and calculation.

its a 1200mm x 2400mm chines machine the cross member for the gantry is cast iron it looks like a lathe bed. what would you recomend to drive it the othe axis are fine it just the weight for the gantry that is a big problem.
max speed of machine as it is now is 800mm/min just.
