X is offset Z is on

Just got my licence for Mach3 X is not matching the DRO. However: Z is right on the money, suggestions?

Adjust your steps per unit to correct that.
I prefer doing it via calculations but you could also use the button on the Settings page just above the Reset, it is called Set Steps Per unit. It will step you through a test and it will work out the steps per unit for you. However that method will only be as accurate as your measuring where calculation will be as accurate as your hardware.
