I've been using  Asus a8v mb  Mach 3 Gecko G540  for a few years now. I picked up a second G540, a Parallel port PCI card for a 4TH Axis.
Everything is set up But the second G540 will not kick on with the PCI card. If I use the first printer cable an put it on the second G540 it kicks on.
The PCI card is a Rosewill RC-302. I also tried  another card StarTech PCI1_LP with no luck. If I turn off the charge pump on the new G540 it comes on
as soon as I hit the power button.Both Pci cards are 5volts I could use a little help. Thanks   

I'm not positive, but are you sure you have the proper port address set for the 2nd PCI card?

No I'm not sure ( B000) is what comes up and when I put the second pp card I think it is (A000) but nothing.
