I'm putting in a new computer in my shop, if you think it would be better that way that's fine. What do you use Ethernet cables?

Not saying its better, just a lot easier for me :)
I do all my CAD/CAM  on my desktop and then transfer over the code via the network to any of the machines. Yes hard wired with Cat5 or CAT6 cables.

Im having a company scan my parts for me, they use solid works. I cannot operate cad cam of any kind. So I'm not sure how I want to get my files yet but the zip drive is starting to sound good.

If they are producing the G Code for you then it will just be a file that you can get transferred any way you wish, they could even email it to you.

You can see this cnc package on mach motions web site. Go into kits for mills and you will see three different kits mine will be the center one. The only extra I got was a pindint and a vfd.

Is there anyone here that has got a kit from mach motion recently or in the past or still working on one? I have a few questions

Not used any kits at all from anyone but if you post the questions maybe I or others can help and if not then maybe someone who has used their kits will pop in and reply.

I was actually meaning post the questions you are wanting to ask rather than just saying you want to ask some questions :)
Lots of people may not like to say that they have done a MachMotion retro, and can answer, in the fear that when the actual questions are asked they then dont know the answers.
So if you actually ask the questions then you may get someone replying with an answer.
