Change Font Color?
« on: July 03, 2013, 05:48:46 AM »
Hi,
Im planning to design a new screen design for my vertical widescreen touchscreen and would like to change the Mach3 standard font color for the readouts etc,.
Is this possible?

PS:
Is it possible to have the "manual operation" panel open on Mach3 startup that normaly needs the "Tab" key?

Thanks,
Max

Yes, you will be able to change the font color in the readouts.  Depends on which screen designer you use as to where you will do this.  One thing to consider is that the font for all dros will be the same, they are not individualy editable.

Sure, you can write a custom macro that has DoOEMButton(50) and save it as M3000.m1s for example.  Then in your init. string in general config add M3000 to it.

Easier as I thougt.
Didn't know the oem button.. is there a good list of all functions and dros?

Im actually using machscreen.
Is there a "better" or more versatile editor out there?

Well, screen designer preference is only an opinion but I use MachScreen.......... to me it is by far the best.

Thanks,
I should print that out.

Also found the settings for the font color.. no idea how I was able to miss that.

Reinstalled photoshop and started drawing!
