When I access Conversational in Mach3 main screen, I get the error message that I am unlicensed to use the wizard. I already bought the license for MACH3.

Also need to know if I'm entitled to use MACH4 with the MACH3 license.  How long am I licensed for?

The conversational is a seperate license, it is available from New Fangled Solutions.
There is no such thing as Mach4 now, a while back a decision was taken to add PlugIn capability to Mach3 instead of doing a seperate version called Mach4
Your license doesnt expire but if you decide to upgrade to Quantum when it is finished there will be an upgrade fee. Quantum will be the next generation of Mach.
