I just downloaded it again and reinstalled screenset.

No go. doing the same thing.

If the screenset goes in Mach3 folder. where would the buttons folder belong? It's a complete folder... do i need to take each item out of the folder and put it somewhere?

I'm not sure, depends on how the designer did it but I would guess you could drag the whole buttons folder into the C/: Mach3/Bitmaps folder.  Did it not come with a read me file or instructions on where to put them?

I just opened up the 1024 screenset... those buttons are visible... and in the same folder as the 6axis screenset
