Hi,
My name is Raj. I recently bought a new hot wire machine with foamlinx. First, when I clicked the numbers 4, 8, 6, 2 both axis move together either up or down, forward or backwards. But looks like something is changed. When I press the numbers now only one side moves and not the other side.

Please let me know how this can be rectified
