Errors on CNC

Hi i have some problems on CNC:
1: when i cut something the mashine make like i plugged out form LPT??? and then cut it wrong.
2: somethimes it cut very strange (like on picture) on picture:
BLACK OK cut
BLUE how cut machine ??
can you help me ??

Looks like your Y axis may be stalling or losing the signal, with the latter it could be loose wires, with the dormer it could be sticky axis or tuned to high.
