+y multy pass issue
« on: February 02, 2013, 11:56:34 AM »
+ y issue  doing multy-passes for depth, everything works fine first pass, start of second pass machine plunges down to correct depth but jogs y + about .093125 runs pattern correctly offset from original, next pass starts an additional.093125 to correct depth. It is like steps down the plunge rather then straight down. It look like it is loosing the home position of y for every plunge cut +.093125 Thank you for your help.

Do the DROs in Mach correspond to the step over?
If not then its likely noise.
