What size motors are you running?  How fast acceleration wise are you running the X/Y axis  are you as fast as you can go without stalling the motors ?

COuld be more powerfull motors able to accelerate faster can solve your problem, but that is dependant on a lot of things.

Could be you are up against the pysical limits of your design.

i get my answer,i have to buy a new heavy motor for my z axis which can deliver more torque,now my speed has been increased...
