Hello, Albert

If you need help, you should explain your configuration in a way that we can understand what you mean.

What PLC?
What write function multiple LEDs?
What 1426 address?

I can tell if you can be more clear.

Albert, where are you from? It may be better if you write in your mother language...

PoKeys56E is not a PLC.

Are you using Modbus?

How is this related to Mach3 and PoKeys plugin?

Did you enable writing to this address in the PoKeys configuration?

If enabled, only let me write in single coil to address 1425.

Hi, Albert

I just checked - writing to PoNET keyboard is limited to single coil commands.

If you are using Mach3, then just use the PoKeys plugin which is much better interface between Mach3 and PoKeys56E than Modbus.
