need help to set up please!

i brought a cnc 3020 for myself to use as a hobby, i installed mach 3 and done everything it told me to do and my xyz don't move at all! is there something I'm doing wrong? if anyone can help it will be great thanks!

Can you attach your xml and a link to the manual for the machine or if you have the manual in pdf format please attach it.

You mean the manual? Zip it and call it something unique like kaney5.zip
Also add your xml in the same zip file.

Need your xml as well so I can compare whats in the manual to what you have set up.

Open Mach and look lower right at the name of the profile you are using. Look in the Mach3 folder for a file of that name with a xml extension. zip it and call the zip file kaney5xml.zip
