Hello,

I almost finished control panel for my O3N250 CNC machine. Still need to implement some functions. Here is the picture of the final look.

Looks good! Are you using a Pokeys or how did you implement the knobs?

What's the screen set you have there?

Hello all,

Thanks for positive feedback. Yes Dan you are right I'm using Pokeys for control panel and also for pendant. Screen set was made by me. Here are some more pictures.

Peter

Thanks Dan. What you are seeing in the pictures is automatic screen page. I have a total of 12 screen pages (still need to finish some). I have a main page and from that page you open 11 other function pages (automatic, edit, mdi , tools, reference, jog, probing, I/O,....). Some of the pages are activated with the knob on the control panel. For example if I want to run a program I need to choose automatic screen. and then press start.

Regards,
Peter

Really nice job there, Peter, may I ask what the little LCD is on the lower side?

And may I also ask what keyboard that is?

Thanks for sharing,
Dave

Hello Dave, that blue LCD is from the computer. It's showing CPU temperature and some other things. Keyboard is TRUST, here is link  http://www.trust.com/products/productpictures.aspx?artnr=16705
