I did change the native units to mm to cm and then back to mm just yesterday, that might have messed it up.

The motor drive is going at 5 units per 20 mm (i just measured this out with a ruler). The mill table is 14 1/2" X 16" in size. The voltage I'm not sure about, I think it was 12V though?

Native units are either metric or imperial ie mm or inch. You should not change them other than at initial setup when you decide which units you wish to use as your default setup. You then set the steps per unit up in these units, ie either steps per mm or steps per inch.
