To Lazycam or Not to Lazycam
« on: December 12, 2011, 06:02:33 PM »
I just read that Lazy cam will stay as Beta. And not develop anymore. Is this true?
If it is true and since I am starting out I would like to peoples opinions on what alternative I should use. I dont want to pay for something that will quickly be outdated. I like lazycam but dont want to waiste my hard earned $$.
Any info and direction would be appreciated.

Yes

You may want to try Sheetcam or Cambam or some others all depends on how much one wants to pay to play. Both offer trial versions. Then maybe you should just try using the wizards. You can do a lot with the wizards but when it comes to doing profiles you need to move on. Some programs have CAD built into them some don't. Only you can decide for yourself what suites you.

Thanks Rich. I have decided to go with CAMBAM.
