How do I get the newer version of tool path

Looking at the video of the tool path version 1.71 and newer with the rotating tool, I don't have that. My version of Mach3 is 3.042.020

So was that like way back? i watched the video tutorial and it looked pretty cool, I was a upgrade or something.

Guessing by the change log, it looks like it was in 2005. The rotating tool icon was probably removed when the ability to pan and rotate the toolpath while running was added.
