You have to remember that the RFH goes back to the end of the  LINE previous to the one you stopped on. SO if that move was at the bottom of a hole THAT is where MACH will attempt to DIRECTLY go to on the restart. That is why you need to reveiw the path that mach will take BEFORE you press the go button.

RFH will start from the line before the one you have chosen so  that is maybe your issue?
