Good its going, still a bit concerned about the driver test though. What does the Time in Int and also the Frequency say on Diagnostics page?

Here is a screen shot of the driver test.

Motor calibration is off, should it change from computer to computer?

Calibration should be the same if you use the same xml but unless you changed that xml it couldnt be the same one as no way the motors would run without you having the port numbers entered.

I am wondering if ossibly you need to run the driver test in compatibility mode? Never used Mach on W7 so not sure.

time in Int is fluctuating between +3 and +4

Frequency is 25003

All is good then, it would seem its just the driver test itself that is not wanting to run correctly under W7, you could try setting it to compatibility mode but if the machine itself is running fine I wouldnt worry too much.
