that means I dont need any additional IO card or anything. Just I need Mach3 and thats all?? This is what I understand. Is Mach comes with all detailed instructions to install the software and machine??

What controller do you have on the Bridgeort at the moment, is it the BOSS series? Is the controller working?

Its Heidenhann TNC150 and not working.

OK so do you know what is wrong? Totally knackered? If you have to replace the complete control hardware you may be able to use the rutex drives with your servos.

I have some pics of a bridgeport that i removed a heidenhann tnc 150 from and replaced with gecko drives and mach3 if interested.
