How to calibrate my machine's axis in Mach3??
« on: July 22, 2011, 07:43:48 AM »
Hey guys, i have been involved in building a 5axis 10M(X) x 4M(y) x 2.4M(z).We have had our machine calibrated by a sparky and our A axis is out. The amount of degrees on the screen that Mach 3 says compared to our head position is out by 10 degrees. Maybe it has been programmed wrong in the Mach 3?

How can i change it?

Shonn,
Can you describe the overall machine (maybe attach a pic of it and your xml file ). Seems you have other problems as well per the link below.
