not back to zero

 well after wanting to push my cnc wood router out the door pour gas on it burn it to the ground.  >:D dance and chant at it destruction .
i feel better now
  i have all of my limit sw in and working .  
 table is 24x 74.5 in as of now if redo my limit sw can get another 3in anyway
  200 stepper mtr
  # 25 chain and 9 tooth 1/4 pitch sprockets  2.250 per   rev
 drivers set 1/16 x y and
z axis   10 tpi with 5 starts points                          
1435.11per step per unit  i was  0.012  over 74.5 in of travel  i have had a tuff time figuring this out
 set gantry router bit at 37.250    zero x axis   middle of x axis
 i go to setting to step per unit   x axis pick a axis to calibrate  2 in check with dro caliper I'm at 2 in
i jog back to zero  middle of table i us the pick a axis to calibrate  x azis this time
step per unit X axis 20.0in   it gose 20.0 in  im right on 20.0
again i go steps per unit -20.0 to go back to zero  middle of table  X axis moves 19.5 in  i m not doing math right
  dont understand
