Integrated interactive help
« on: June 12, 2011, 09:37:57 AM »
Hi, i am new to Mach3 and even i read the manuals i have many things unclear, may be simple for others but not for the beginner like me.
So:
1. A interactive help window will be nice, like Google sketchup, Corel Draw and other programs have. When you roll over a button a short explanation with a interactive demonstration occurs in the window.
2. Even a basic tooltip when you roll over sth in Mach3 with short explanation  and a link to the help file would be very nice

I know the Mach 3 is a great value but integrating the help would be even better for all the beginners, which are more and more every day.

What do you think? ???

MACH used to have that very Function. You could right click on any object and it would pop up a help file describing that function or object. It could even play a speakfile to respond verbaly.

I know this isn't ideal, but you can have a led for help, if the led is on and they press a button popup a message or HTML message with help.
Currently the only thing that can support this is a flash screen in mach.
