LazyCam manual cannot be read by Acrobat v4

I have just downloaded the Lazy Cam manual (LAZYCAM MANUAL_REV_1.pdf) and tutorial (TUTORIAL_8 - LAZYCAM TABBING.pdf) but when I try to access then in Acrobat Reader get the following error 'There was an error opening this document. The viewer cannnot decrypt this document'. I am running acrobat Reader v4.0 on Windows XP. I have also just purchased a licence for Mach3 - Any suggestions on this problem? Thanks

Update your Acrobat reader?
Or, better yet, try Foxit Reader. It's much faster, and less intrusive than Acrobat reader.

Think the document was created to be read by  Adobe version 5.0 and later....just don't recall at the moment.

Thanks ger21 and RICH. I hadn't realised that my reader was sooooo... out of date. Updated to v10 and all fine.  :)
