Cant put to bed the subject of limit switches and it gets very frustrating.

As you can see this happened to me before (my first post here) and I have got to know what the problem is.

This morning I was planning to start my first cut. So I turned ON the computer and then opened Mach. Then I turned ON the CNC and I got this message “Your reset command is failing due to an external reference....” and at the bottom of this message it says “Fix this for me, toggle any active switch settings”

Now on the diagnostic screen all limits LED’s are ON and I know that if I click the above message it will put all my limits to active low and that’s no good because I did click it and the LED’s went out on the diagnostic screen but now when I press the limits manually nothing happens, I mean I see no limit switch triggered message neither any LED light up on the diagnostic screen.

Anyone knows why this happens? I attach my XML here but remember that I have clicked the message above and all limits are now active low and they don’t work

Something is bad, whether wiring, bob, cable or port I dont know. Test with a meter to see if there is voltage getting to the switches.

I'm at lost too, checked everything and all is ok

I reboot the computer, reset the limits with the Automated Inputs Setup from the inputs screen and now all is ok again and I will do my 1st cut with my finger on the EStop LOL

Thanks Hood
