Sorry its been a while, is there a quick way to update to latest mach without losing all my settings ? thanks !

You should just be able to update by installing the new rev of Mach and not doing anything else.
What I would do though to be totally safe is copy the whole Mach3 folder to another location on your drive and rename it Mach3Old or something like that. If you then install Mach and something doesnt go quite right you have all the previous setup ready and waiting to grab files from.
