Power Supply "Enable ?"

I have 3 of these, various DC outputs. From 5VDC - 40A to 12 VDC - 25A

There is a small 10 pin header on the back (2x5) that I assume is an interface to enable the output channels but don't know and can't find any data on these.
I put tha AC in and get nothing out.
Is anyone here familiar with these ?
Any idea where I can get some info on em' ?
Google isn't helping.

Just wondering if anyone could use one of these. And what it would be used for.
I have another almost identical except channels 2,3 and 4 are 12VDC @ 5A.
I don't see where I would need 5V, 40A .
Maybe the Laser guys ?  ?
