I don't know what is in Mach 2 and do not know anything about SW. I will  assume that it saves the drawing as ver 12 dxf.

Go to CONFIG>PORT & PINS>TURN OPTIONS and check the box Reversed Arcs in Front tool post.
That should solve the crop circle problem.

The big circles could be from a IJ setting most CAMS use incremental. Check your config file for the proper setting in mach.
