gcode from CAMBAM not running
« on: September 11, 2010, 12:11:59 PM »
I downloaded a trial STL file and loaded into CAMBAM.  Then I generated 3D machine pathways & gcode and save as .NC.  Then uploaded into Mach3.  Code shows up, but no project rendering in table display.  If I try to run code, it says "nested comment foundline 1" which refers to file name & date.  I even tried the older BAS Relief.   Projects I create myself in CAMBAM run just fine.  Any ideas?  Thanks  Marv

I deleted the offending line of gcode & it appears to run normally.  My projects I have created all have the same info (except for the "-STL" part.  Maybe it doesn't like the "-" or the "STL" in the line?  Thanks

It does not like the double brackets  (  () ) It thinks the inside brackets are nested inside the outter ones.
